Tent Rental

Please Note that we cannot set up any tents over a septic bed. Please inform us if there are any underground services, ie sprinkler systems, power, gas lines. Locates will have to be completed prior to our arrival.

If you have chosen a site on your property, and the site is prone to flooding or the grass takes a while to drain when it rains, that site is not ideal. If it rains during your event, flooding or water or mud will be an issue.

We do not set up our tents on dirt or limestone surface. We do not deliver rentals (tables, chairs or dance floors etc.) to existing farm buildings with a surface of dirt, gravel or limestone. The flooring surface should be wood or concrete.

All of our tent prices are listed on our price list. All tent prices includes set up on grass and sidewalls.

Frame Tents

We also have kedar frame tents included in our inventory. Frame tents are very versatile as they can be installed quickly and easily on grass or asphalt. The kedar frame tents are available in 30' wide and as long as 90' long.

The high peak frame tents are smaller and are perfect for backyard parties, corporate events, festivals and other events. Traditional frame tents use aluminum frame and legs to support the top of the tent. The high peak frame tent are available in 20x20, 20x30, 20x40.
